CUTRI FRUIT is located in a unique microclimate that provides maximum daylight hours and penetration rates of the sun to ensure the sweetest, best-tasting fruit in the world – this microclimate also ensures we use less chemicals on our plums, nectarines, peaches & apricots than most other fruit growing regions around the world, and can therefore produce fruit with a very low chemical residue level. Our close monitoring of the nutritional needs of the fruit ensures the product is of the highest internal structure, providing firmness of fruit, and adding to shelf life and appearance.


The high penetration rates of the sun mean the fruit has higher brix (natural plant sugars) levels, along with higher mineral density and a greater spectrum of trace minerals.
